Yesterday the phone rang and it rang again, and each time I answered a call I received news of the passing of someone I know or someone close to someone I know. I also received news of a man who has just entered Hospice Care. And as I went about my day living the life as a psychic medium, I received calls from clients who wanted to make appointments for readings in the hopes of hearing from their loved ones in spirit. As I listened to the many tears in the voices of those who called, at first I felt overwhelmed and then I remembered that as we are all born we all die. Life is a precious time and then it is over.

When one is born, the spirit comes into the physical body to live an earthly life.
All through the life: the ups and the downs, the body and mind of the individual functions as a human being. Meanwhile, the spirit within lives within the body, but also continues to communicate and be part of other realms from which it has come.
During sleep and during waking dreams, the spirit is still in communication with the Source it has part of and from where it has come.
There comes a time when the usefulness of the mind and body of the individual has come to an end. It is time for the spirit to leave the body and return home.
As in birth, there is often a struggle in the death process. But once the spirit has successfully left the body, there is peace. There is quiet. The spirit returns home.
Let us send our prayers and blessings for all those spirits who are traveling home at this time. Let us send our love to their families who will miss them in the physical form. Let us pray that the families can be open to the visits their loved ones in spirit will be making as the days go on.
