Three Laughs Best Medicine April 12, 2011

Want to feel better? Laugh. Here are three best laughs that can compete with any other kinds of treatment you may be receiving.  One: search your memory for the time you made the most embarrassing mistake. Maybe you forgot to wear a slip, or you dropped the cherry pie on the floor when you entered your mother in law’s house. What ever it was, remember it and laugh.  Two: Watch a TV show where they show funny home videos.  You will watch some of the best comedy on TV. Watch and laugh.  Three:  Sit outside in the patio of a coffee shop, or get a window seat inside and watch the people on the street. You will see some of the most dreadful outfits you ever saw, and you will see people behaving in ways that will make you want to grin. Watch and laugh.

There is nothing like a good laugh to ease tension, get over whatever you are obsessing about, and move forward in your life.  Life is short. Do not take it too seriously.  Laugh!
