Emotional Time Management January 24, 2010

Remember that your life on earth is not forever, and every day of your life is important.  Manage the quality of your life by managing how much time you allow yourself to worry and fret over things that you cannot do anything about. 

Tip One: If you have a problem, decide whether there are any actions you can take to make things better. If so, then take an action that will help to get rid of your problem.

Tip Two: If there are no actions you can take,  call a good friend and allow yourself to vent your feelings of frustration. Once you have done that, give yourself another fifteen minutes to worry, cry, sulk or whatever you need to do and then get over it.

Tip Three:  Decide that even though you have a problem you are going to have a great day.  Think happy thoughts and bring images of beautiful places into your mind.

Have a great day.  Have a great evening.  Sleep well, and wake refreshed.
